helpful staff clean apartment unanswered number clogged shower

The staff was helpful! I received a complimentary glass of wine upon arrival. The bed was nice and comfortable. Everything was super clean. The staff gave great suggestions on places to visit. Breakfast was really nice each morning. We will definitely stay again when traveling.

The emergency number went unanswered when I accidentally locked my phone in the room upon checkout. I called for half an hour with no response. The shower wand would not stay in place, causing water to spray everywhere. It overflowed because it was clogged.

Really good Apartment Experience

spacious apartment fresh breakfast excellent location

The apartment was spacious and decorated beautifully. I received fresh continental breakfast with juice delivered every morning. It saved me so much time before exploring. The location was excellent, also the staff.

I had to turn the shower off halfway through, otherwise it would overflow the basin. The basin was clogged and draining slowly.

convenient location breakfast delivery helpful staff noise insulation restaurant speakers guest conversations

the location proved beneficial, it allowed easy access to several key areas. the daily breakfast delivered to the room came in a canvas bag. it included fresh items and glass containers, which i found a nice touch. the staff were helpful with directions.

i found an issue with noise LEVELS. the sound insulation from the street was insufficient. restaurant speakers located below the studio windows played music until closing time. i could clearly hear the conversations of other guests returning to their rooms.
